Prior to his real estate career, Sam earned his accounting degree and had a distinguish finance career with several well-known firms. He was an Auditor with Deloitte Company LLP, the largest accounting and professional service company in the world. He was a consultant with the accounting consulting firm CFGI, one of the largest international accounting firms and a subsidiary of the Carlyle Group - private equity firm. In addition, Sam was the Financial Controller at Sapient Consulting Corporation one of the largest technology consulting firms in the United States prior to being acquired by Publicis. Sam is currently the owner of CrossFit Variance Plus in Beverly and owns investment properties throughout Massachusetts.
On a personal note, Sam is a life-long resident of the North Shore and enjoys staying fit, playing golf and hockey, as well as running an occasional local 5k. When not advising clients, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife Shelby, son Ty, and their dog Oslo.
